Anderson is originally from Colombia, and has over 20 years of experience in fitness and training. He has competed in capoeira, a form of Brazilian martial arts, for many years and worked with all types of training as a PT such as bodybuilding, powerlifting and fitness training. However, the type of training he is most passionate about and specialized in is body weight training, movement and mobility. In other words, perfect for all of you interested in calisthenics! With this training you can progress and achieve better results in different types of exercises, so it’s great way to build a fundamental base and strength for a solid progress. When he’s not training others or himself at the gym you’ll find Anderson embracing his creative side by drawing, painting and designing.
